Holding a stall with The Clothing Cupboard.
Our market stalls are for pre-loved quality clothing, shoes and accessories. Although our market revolves around clothing we welcome up-cyclers with creative initiatives, up-cycling second hand materials into new and wonderful things. During particular times of the year we will hold special interest stalls for those that fit the up-cycling, eco friendly criteria; if this sounds like you please contact us so we can learn more about your craft.
Our stall spaces..
One stall space at our market is 2x2m, which provides you with enough room for 2 standard size clothing racks and a small table. You are required to source and bring your own clothing racks, we do not have racks available for hire. We do have a limited number of trestle tables available for hire (see below). You can display and fill the space in anyway you wish, whether that be with no table and only racks or vice versa.
Depending on the time of year we do offer outside stall spaces at a discounted price. Outside stall spaces will be offered, weather permitting and you will find these listed in the event if available.

TABLE HIRE - $5ea. (please note table sizes vary)

What can you sell?
At our market we are committed to hosting the best of quality pre-loved clothing for our shoppers. This means the items you bring to sell must be good quality! No clothing that is damaged or heavily worn, items you bring should be items you would wear but don't due to your current style choices, sizing etc.
We don't discriminate against any particular brands but it is worth noting that cheaply manufactured clothing have little to no re-sell value. Our shoppers are generally looking for awesome quality products that have lasted in your wardrobe and will last in theirs or unique treasures.. such as vintage items, something alternative to the bulk department store fashion or something that is next to new to love and give a new lease on life to.
Please note although having some items new with tags is fine, we do not accept applications from retail stores or bulk product in multiple sizes that is manufactured and not made personally by you. We also do not accept applications from sales consultants - Thank you for understanding.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF STALL HOLDERS.
Once your stall has been approved you will receive further information to guide you through the market process, prepare you for the day and give you the best tips for a successful day,
Cancellations; We ask that you contact us ASAP if there is a need to change or cancel your booking. Our stall spaces generally book out, with a list of people waiting, so please be considerate.
Setup; for stall holders begins an hour before the market and we ask that all stall holders arrive at the absolute latest 30 minutes before the market start time. An hour gives you plenty of time to setup your stall space and be ready to go when customers start arriving. Any later than 30 minutes prior to the markets start time will not give you adequate time to setup and may make entering the hall with your items difficult and frustrating. We reserve the right to forfeit your market space if you do not meet the required setup times.
Your stall; You may choose how you wish to display your stall, as long as you work within the 2x2m allocated space. It is also ideal to have some back up when supervising your stall, The Clothing Cupboard accepts no responsibility for items lost, stolen or damaged items.
Other;
-You need to supply your own clothing racks, clothes hangers, change float, carry bags for customers and any other items you wish to use for pricing or presentation on the day. The Clothing Cupboard market representative on the day is happy to give ideas for stall setup and co-ordinating your space but it is best to have an idea in mind and everything you need ready before the day.
- We recommend you put hangers on items you wish to hang before attending to save time on the day.
- There is a change room for trying items on, it is up to the discretion of the stall holder if you wish to let shoppers try on your items. The Clothing Cupboard accept no responsibility for loss, theft or damage of any items.
- There are toilets and a sink for filling up drink bottles etc available.
A FINAL CONFIRMATION EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO ALL STALL HOLDERS 1 WEEK PRIOR TO THE MARKET, YOU MUST RESPOND TO THIS EMAIL TO CONFIRM YOUR SPACE. THANK YOU.
